Brooks Estates LLC, is an Indianapolis-based, family operated housing solutions company. Our goal is to assist with housing resources for those in need regardless of the reason, to fulfill short term rental needs, and to create housing solutions for individuals and families.
Our properties provide amenities such WiFi, full kitchens, multiple bedrooms, and relaxed living spaces to meet all of your needs while traveling. We will partner with apartments, landlords, real estate brokers and other corporations to increase our property inventory throughout the Midwest.

Lynell W Cooper, is a wife, mom of three, Licensed Clinician, entrepreneur and professor. She is a philanthropist with a passion for working with and for youth and families. Real Estate Rental Development is a passion project targeting those in need of short term housing and housing resources.
